We all are busy getting the best recipes for Thanksgiving but wouldn’t it be better if we knew easy DIY Thanksgiving decor ideas too?

It will be like icing on the cake, won’t it?

I have compiled a list of Thanksgiving decorating ideas for the living room, table, porch, and backyard and cover all areas of the house and it is super easy. The main purpose is to make it look aesthetic and super stylish.

I like the entire feel, it’s subtle and gives cozy vibes. The centerpiece is a major highlight. The personalized name card on everyone’s plate will make the guests more welcoming.

Candles made the entire ambiance homey. I love candles for all occasions and you can see in the picture above how it changed the entire look and feel.

The supplies needed are a tin can, primer, gold and white spray paint, duct tape, punch, nail set, rice, and water. Removed the label adhesive from the cans. You can remove them using a mix of olive oil and baking soda.

Paint the cans with white paint outside and gold paint inside. Burn real candles or LED votives.

I used 2 cans of Glitter Blast for this centerpiece. If your pumpkin has glitter drips when they are wet wipe them with napkins.

Keep a big cornucopia in the middle of the table, along with white pumpkins, corn tassels Indian corn, and dried seed pods. Keep the pumpkins in such a way as if the cornucopia is spilling out these pumpkins.

I also kept walnuts and spray-painted them in gold.

To give a shimmery makeover to the plastic pumpkins I spray painted them. All you need is a plastic pumpkin, gold spray paint, leaf garlands, and pumpkin candy pails.

I spray-painted them all with gold spray paint and it turned out so good. Make sure you spray paint the objects from a little distance to avoid runny paint.

Place the painted objects in the middle of the table and here you have the most budget-friendly Thanksgiving centerpiece.

I like neutral and natural colors, it’s just that it’s my thing this year. For this centerpiece, the supplies needed are faux pumpkin, paintbrush, and chalk paint.

The faux pumpkins just needed 3-4 coats to give me the result I wanted. To stick the candles at the bottom I used floral foam and also used some faux greens and a few mini pumpkins for the centerpiece.

I put the centerpiece over a paper stenciled table runner and it looked so pretty.

It took me a couple of hours to get it done as everything had to be perfect but it was a great photo op for the guests.
