I have tried different cuisines from different parts of the world but what amazes me is there are still so many cuisines and edible foods that I am still completely unaware of and so I have started writing about foods that start with different letters. These are flat pods that you can eat unripe with their seeds also. You can use them in a salad. The leaves and stems of snow peas are also used as a stir fry in Chinese meals. They are grown in the winter season.
Snow Peas are rich in nutrients and contain zinc, calcium, manganese, iron, vitamin C, A, and K.
2.Sake
This Japanese alcohol is made from rice fermentation. The rice used is called saka mai. In winter hot sake is served otherwise it is served chilled. It tastes great with sushi. It is also called Japanese rice wine.
3. Spaghetti With Meatballs
Spaghetti is a type of pasta that is popular across the world. It is long, thin, and made of water and wheat. There are so many cuisines made of spaghetti. It is served with sauce. Spaghetti with meatballs is one of my favorite spaghetti dishes.
4. Strudel (apple strudel)
It is a pastry with sweet fillings. Strudel is one of the popular dishes in Austria. Made with flour strudel is more elastic than puff pastry.

Made of buckwheat, Soba is a popular Japanese noodle. There are certain soba dishes that are served cold and some like noodle soup are served hot. Soba is nutrient-rich and contains antioxidants, thiamine, and essential amino acids.
6.Shallot
It is a type of onion that originated in Central Asia. They can be either brown or red in color. Shallots are used to make pickles or condiments or salads or soups but they don’t have a strong flavor like an onion. They look like elongated bulbs.
