Make three round-shaped snowflakes of different sizes. Glue them all together to form a body. Use buttons to make eyes small buttons for the mouth and bigger ones for the belly. Make a cut out of a black hat using black felt. Glue it at the top of the body.

You require a foam board, hat, snowflake, white spray paint, scarf, floral wire, and of course splatter screen with handles. You can get these supplies from Amazon, Walmart or Dollar Store.

Tie all the splatter screens with a floral wire in such a way that all three form a body. Now spray paint it and let it dry. Glue the burlap nose and buttons. Use the foam board to make the hat. Use a red scarf or warm cloth and wrap it around the neck area.
