Keep the leftovers in an airtight container int he fridge and it will be good for 3 days.

This is a versatile recipe. So you replace chicken with pork or beef. I prefer boneless chicken as it takes less time to cook. For Nuoc Cham dipping sauce, you need a mix of garlic, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and water.

You can skip fish sauce also, it’s a must. It is best served with rice. You can also use it in Vietnamese spring rolls. I have tried it with salads too and it worked well.
